Vicki, David and Family...

I was REALLY nervous that we would have to re-schedule this photo shoot, the rain was closing in on us....HOWEVER we were able to squeeze it in. We were taking the last photo as the first raindrop fell!!

Chase was an absolute blast to photograph! He had no trouble warming up to the camera and had so much personality. I loved his "goblin" laugh (when I asked him how he laughed, he said "like a goblin"...hahahaha)!

Enjoy this preview!

Sarah and Larry TEASER....

I can not even begin to describe my happiness for Larry and Sarah.

I met Sarah at the Asheville Wedding Expo back in January and she made a huge impression on me. Of the sum 400 brides I met that day when Sarah called me later that week I immediately remembered her name and face! Over the past few months I was really able to bond with Sarah and Larry..doing their engagement photos, Bridal portraits, Rehearsal dinner and Wedding day photos. I felt like one of the family by the wedding day. I even got all teary-eyed watching Sarah get ready! You can see the happiness and excitement in Sarah's face in every one of her wedding photos. Sarah and Larry were truly meant to be together and their love for one another showed stronger and stronger as the wedding day progressed. I know that this is one couple I will DEFINITELY stay in touch with over the years!!!

Highlights....

What a GREAT reception Sarah and Larry threw for the families and friends who attended their Wedding Ceremony. Beautiful location right on the lake, Great food (the Ice Cream Bar was my favorite), great company and silly dancing! The Groom's mother pulled out her best moves for the chicken dance! Sarah and Larry absolutely glowed the entire time!

More to come from this big day....

Donate your HAIR....

I cant decide if I am more MAD or SAD about the oil spill in the Gulf. It breaks my heart everytime think about, hear about, see a photo related to it; then my sadness turns to anger! But what's done is done and cant be undone.

Then I read about using hair and pantyhose to help aid the cleanup process. Why is no one in Brevard doing this?? I did a little research, read articles "claiming" BP wasnt going to use hair in the cleanup process, read more articles saying they were. Then I came across Matter of Trust, a company based out of California that manages hair donations for oil spill clean up. They have warehouses all along the Gulf where boxes of hair can be shipped.

WHY HAIR???
Hair is THE most efficient material for absorbing oil -- that's why we have to wash it so often! Mats of human (and pet) hair, which naturally acts as a sponge to absorb oil from air and water are being used with oil spills.
Hair mats are created by filling pantyhose with hair clippings (both human and animal hair).

GET TO THE POINT- I am recruiting salons and groomers in the Brevard and Rosman area to donate their hair clippings. I will send all the hair donated weekly to Matter of Trust. I encourage everyone who needs a haircut or trim or is thinking of shaving their dog to contact me about donating that hair.

Send me an email info@kaeleedenise.com or give me a call 828-508-0928

This oil spill may not be directly effecting you now but it will at some point in the future in one way or another....

More of Delena...

Can you say cutest baby in AMERICA?!?

Delena was gorgeous as always. It took her a bit to warm up and she was a bit cranky, but I would be too if people were stripping me naked and sticking me in a basket :/ Her best friend, Abby dog, made an appearance to make sure all was in order.

AND not only is she cute as can be, she is also on the verge of walking (at 10 months I might add)! WATCH OUT MOM AND DAD!

Sarah and Larry...

I know everyone is just DYING to see Sarah and Larry's wedding photos! I haven't even had a chance to sit down and look through all of them.

But here is just a tiny sneak peak to hold everyone till later this week when I can sit down and prepare a REAL preview!!!
And trust me the wait will be well worth it....

E and M....

I am so glad the rain held off and I was able to explore the Arboretum Gardens with these two curly blonde hair, blue eyed girls! I loved being able to try out my new tutus and headbands!

Enjoy this gorgeous family...

Rubie Olive....

I first want to apologize for my lack of blogging lately. I have been SWAMPED with photos! I wasn't even sure people really read my blog until my own MOTHER told me she's been sad the past couple of days when she went to read my blog and there was anything new. hahahah Thanks MOM for lighting a fire under my butt to post more often...

Rubie Rubie Rubie! This is going to be a post full of photos because I just couldn't decide which ones I liked best. Rubie has so much personality... She gets it from her Mamma (Brooke)...and by the end of this photo shoot had yellow all over her face from smelling and rubbing flowers on her face :)

Enjoy these blue eyes....
