Rubie....

13 months old and full of happy screams! I was finally able to win some smiles from Rubie by offering her leaves to eat. . . never fear they are organic, right? It was fun to just shoot pictures of her. Her twin sisters have a photo shoot tomorrow and later this month I'll tackle all 4 Crider kids for a Halloween photo shoot!

Personal Collection....

Its rare that I ever get the time to sit down and go through photos that I've taken for my own personal collection. Today I took about 30 minutes away from writing papers and discussion boards for school, cleaning, editing photos for clients and whatever random thing I might be doing to un-clutter my life, to look at some photos taken about a month ago. Chris and I took a ride three hours south on the Parkway to the Great Smokey Mountains. A spur of the moment decision but made for a GREAT afternoon! A gathering of butterflies and clouds rolling by, just a few to share.....

Drennen Family...

These sweet girls and their new baby brother, Talon, are neighbors of my parents. I cant believe how much the girls have grown, especially in this past year alone. They were the perfect models for my Christmas Card advertisement. Here are some snaps from my day with them.....

Christy and Matthew....

I definitely cried at Christy and Matthew's wedding...and I only met Christy (in person) last month when we did her bridal portraits! The love Christy and Matthew have for one another is undeniable. I was overwhelmed with happiness for these two! The Key Inn Falls in Brevard was gorgeous and the perfect place for their small close knit circle of friends and family to celebrate their marriage. Everything was perfect. A small preview of photos doesn't do this day justice.

Senior Leanna....

So I just took Leanna's senior portraits this morning...but I was so excited at how well they turned out I had to rush home and do a preview! I had a REALLY hard time narrowing down which to use for a sneak peak. Leanna was so easy going and had such a gorgeous smile! I wish her the best of luck in her Senior year at Rosman High....

Well, she already said I DO. So since the wedding is over its safe to post some snaps of the beautiful bride! Christy was such a pleasure to work with, she never once became overwhelmed or upset about wedding day plans. We took most of her photos up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. More of the Wedding Day soon....
